I’m considering getting some new wheels and am a little concerned about the effects of crosswinds. I’m a light rider (5’0″, 95lbs), and generally have a tough time with wind. My current wheelset has a rim depth of 26mm. The wheels I’m considering have a rim depth of 34mm, and I’m wondering if that will make a significant difference in crosswinds. They also have flat spokes, which I’ve heard some people say can make a significant difference… Just wondering what other people’s experience has been with this (especially smaller, wimpier riders like me)….
